1. Eligibility for Returns
- Customers have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate returns.
- Items must be in their original condition, with tags intact and in the original packaging.

- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
- Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (such as underwear and swimwear) cannot be returned.
- Customized or Personalized Items: Items customized or personalized for the customer are non-returnable.

- If the customer prefers, we can provide store credit instead of a refund.
